All About Tea Events This Fall

I guess we desperately need parties! Even Yi Jing mentions: We are influencing each another with our interactions. Without interacting with friends, one’s brain will be rusted.

Therefore, I am trying my utmost to arrange parties for my foodie buddies for buffering. So please save the day for the below events:

To pair with Executive Chef Li Yuet Fatt ’s dishes, top two types of Chinese collectible black tea will be served. The unprecedentedly made 1500 Years Old Ancient Arbor Black tea is a must try item. 

Besides of the artisan cooking of the Ming Court, we shall feature 4 different Puer of 30, 50 , 60 and 70 years old . We guarantee a fruitful and enjoyable weekend. 

The best tea in the world duelling at the best restaurant in the world , the Cru Bing Dao of Puer ,like DRC of tea,  challenged by hidden ancient arbor king tea from the border of Yunnan close to Cambodia. No foodie fans should miss.  

The village of Mang Shui , a tributary of Nu Jiang, is surrounded by extensive primitive forest with ample ancient arbors. We are fortunate to get tea made from 3200 years old ancient arbor and ship directly ex-cellar . It will be a vertical tasting of four vintages of the tea from the same arbor. This chapter must not be missed.

怒江中的漭水鄉，擁有大量原始森林及古樹群，有幸遇到茶園主，直接從雲南茶窖運送三千二百年古樹普洱古茶到香港，一次品嘗四個不同年份，這一課茶迷不容錯過。
