繼班章之後，雲南勐海的冰島村普洱茶，成為今日茶痴的女神，價格被炒作得堅離地。冰島五寨喝過三寨：老寨、霸歪、地界。喝過五百年及八百年的古樹、喝過2016、2017、2018及2022。
沒有比較，就沒有傷害。喝過老寨800年最高樹出產的茶才明白, 為什麼老寨會這麼貴？
茶痴們喜歡冰島的普洱茶。是因為它的冰糖韻和細膩精緻的水路，曼妙層次；姍姍而來的茶氣，滾滾而至的鳴泉。不同的茶山，有不同的個性。老寨真的是妙不可言！荷花、青樟、青梅、乳雪香確實迷人。春茶特有的百花香猶如依蘭依蘭，可愛出有如白雪公主，很難不一見傾心！但價格會讓人望而卻步。
眾裏尋她，遇到一款價錢非常可親的珍品。甜冰島袖珍七子餅，看名字還以為是鬧著玩的小玩意，一試之下，製作很認真。每一片7克的緊壓茶餅都很齊整，還有竹葉包裹。泡開後茶葉都完整的一祺一昌。湯色金黃透微青，該有的香氣都齊全，回甘細膩而綿長，水路清冽而不失醇厚、茶氣中等。冰糖韻貫徹始終。現在還嫌青，我估計陳上三五年，蜜糖韻會更顯著。遺憾是高峰五泡便過。看看價錢，還有啥好挑剔！每一片七克，如果上茶樓剛好一片一壺；一餐茶五六泡不浪費。

After the wave of Bangzhan Puer tea, Bingdao became the most sought-after Puer among tea connoisseurs. Price has been skyrocketing. I have tried three Crus of Bingdao Puer: Bawai, Boundary and Laozhai. I have tried ancient arbor of 500 and 800 years old. I have tried 4 vintages: 2016,2017,2018,2022.

It hurts when there is a comparison. After drinking the 800 years old ancient arbor Laozhai, I understand why the price is so incredibly expensive.
Tea manias love Bingdao Pure because of its delicate and subtle structure and complexity. The tea Qi comes softly， but the reaction is strong. Drinkers will keep mouth-watering. Different Crus possesses different character. Among the five Crus, Laozhai is the most wonderful Cru. It has got reminiscent of lotus flower, young camphor wood, green plume and suet. The unique spring flowers like aroma of the first flush is as perfumed as Ylang Ylang. It is as loveable as Princess Snow White. It is always a love of first sight for tea bugs however the price is far from reachable.
I came across a price -friendly Bingdao: Mini Sweet Bingdao pressed cake. It sounds like a gadget. It surprised me after testing. Every single piece of 7g pressed tea cake is neat and tidy and the outer is wrapped with bamboo leaves. After brewing, I can see the leaf is one bud with two leaves. The colour is golden greenish yellow, and it offers all aromas it should have. Tannin is rich but super fine and smooth and the finish is long. It is crispy but also concentrated with moderate Qi. The note of rock sugar is apparent from the beginning till the end. It is still young now and I reckon that the note of honey will be offered after 3 to 5 years of ageing. Yet the peak passes after 5 infusions. When I looked at the price, I shut up. Each mini cake weighted 7 grams. It is idea for Dim Sum lunch as the tea will not be wasted after 5 brews.
