高達美是出生於美國的韓裔女孩，在俄力岡大學修讀烹飪時導師發現她超乎常人敏銳的味覺和嗅覺，建議她轉修葡萄酒。畢業後她意猶未盡，往法國繼續修讀釀酒學。2013年與夫婿攜手並肩開創了葡萄園。怎料夫婿嫌棄農莊生活跑掉了。留下高達美大腹便便，獨個兒完成2013年1.5傾葡萄園的收成。王天不負有心人，她第一個年份的出品，給葡萄酒大師及葡萄學巨擘Jancis Robinson 評得分17 （20 滿分）。年產6000瓶 。酒體精緻，結構細膩。
Mee is an American Korean girl who studied at the University of Oregon for culinary. However lecturer found that her taste and nose is outstandingly sharp and advise her to take wine studies instead. After graduation, she continued her oenology degree in France.in 2013 , she and husband founded their vineyard and winery in Morgon Beaujolais. Unfortunately her husband left and she single handed finish her first vintage of 1.5 hectare when she was pregnant. Her first vintage was highly praised by Jancis Robinson , the super Guru of wine . She rated her wine 17/20. Annual production 6000 bottles . Very refined structure and delicate body.

為了支持義工團，天娜酒窖舉行慈善拍賣，將7款42瓶葡萄酒的收益捐出，贊助善舉。希望各界人士鼎力支持。我們將會在本星期每天推出一款6瓶酒拍賣，翌日凌晨12:00AM前截止投標，9:00後公告。價高者得。
我們會通知中標者，發出正式發票，附有付款方式。
取貨地點 ：香港中環德輔道中199號 無限極廣場12樓。自取免運費，送貨每宗HKD150.
Charity Auction to Sponsor the Visits of Elderly House in Taiwan
This May 11-13， Yi Tong Xing ( a group of voluntary medical practitioners) will organise visits to Taiwan Elderly House for those surviving elderlies in the Nan Tou earth quake and the elderly house of Tian Pu , where the superb fermented tofu listed on our site is produced . All their products are grown in sustainable farms and hand made without additives.
To support the volunteer group, Tina Cellar will sponsor 7 labels of 42 bottles of natural wine for charity auctions. Profits will be donated to these elderly houses . We shall really appreciate if you could support. This week , we shall feature one label of 6 bottles per week for bidding . Cut off time for bidding is 12:00AM of the next day . We shall announce the result after 9:30 am . Highest bid will get the wine.
We shall contact winner and issue official invoice with payment method.
Goods pick up address : 12/F Infinitus Plaza 199 Des Veoux Road Central. No additional charge for self pick up . Delivery charge will be HKD 150 per order.
