Ruche at Kin’s 2.0

Who does not love red Burgundy? No where else on the planet grows Pinot Noir with such grace and elegance. Price of other regions exceptional Pinot Noir appreciates like red Burgundy. These great Pinots are becoming unreachable.

Talking about red wine and food pairing, I always think that Bordeaux red is not the most ideal with Chinese cuisines. I believe that red Burgundy and red Rhone are more versatile. 8 years ago, I discovered an alternative: Ruche. She is the hidden gem of Piemonte. The gene of this varietal is amazingly similar to Pinot Noir. Experts think that it is a mutation of Pinot. Ruche is overwhelmed with floral notes with light body that enhance spice and leverage richness of heavy food. She is a diva of food pairing.
