繼上一次四手聯彈好評如潮，經過漫長嘅休漁期， 9月1日我們已經急不及待我為各位美食家呈獻「再見休漁期六手宴」。

所謂春江水暖鴨先知，秋分天涼貓長卧；原來秋分早已不知不覺來了。今次六手宴菜單除了有我們的招牌菜外，還有二少爺創新的菜式。亮點是Issa的中意fusion飯球、薄餅、還有應節的月餅盒子。不容錯過的是壓軸甜品三千年古樹茶燉花膠；這也就是我貢獻的第五第六隻手。

今次選用史提芬班威夫這個鬼才的葡萄酒配搭各款美食。紥實的功底、嚴謹的製作、謙卑地敬天及大膽創新的技術，肯定會讓你耳目一新。

不知道9月1號那一日會不會有秋水共長天一色的美景，但我們會霸佔了整條秋天的童話般的痴男怨女情人橋。這種浪漫的情懷只需要在市中心乘座20分鐘的渡輪就可以感受到，真的有需要移民嗎？

After the very good comments on our last 4 Hands Play Menu Wine Dinner with Issa U Kitchen and the long lasting Close Season, we cannot wait to present you the “Farewell to Close Season 6 Hands Wine pairing lunch.

Silently, Autumn has arrived. Other than the signature dishes of the Genuine Lamma Hilton, Brother 9 and Issa have created new menu. Highlights are the Chinese - Italian fusion dishes by Issa including the Risotto Ball, local seafood pizza and Moon Cake Box. You cannot miss the last dessert: Double Boil Fish Maw with 3200 years Ancient Arbor Puer Tea 1985 contributed by Tina Cellar.

For wine pairing, we have chosen Laurent Bannwarth. With his robust craftsmanship, seriousness in production, creativeness in technique and his respects to the Mother Nature, I sure that his very cult wine will surprise you.

I am not sure if there will be picturesque scenery on 1 Sep under the Autumn haze, but the romantic atmosphere of sitting on the jetty with 360 degree sea-view takes you only 20 minutes of boat ride from down town. Is it really necessary to immigrate to elsewhere?
