This is our House's top-of-the range Champagne, synonymous with an exceptional year, made from the best cuvees of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay from vines that are older than 35 years of age growing in the heart of the Bouzy Grand Cru "terroir".
Blend: 80% Pinot Noir Bouzy Grand Cru and 20% Chardonnay Bouzy Grand Cru.
Palate: Roundness marked by red fruits, with a great persistency showing it has good "keeping" potential.
