老香港普洱茶客,一般都愛喝傳統拼配不同產區的茶葉,壓成茶餅,耐陳易打理。內地的新生代茶客,反而愛喝新茶,而且流行古樹春茶及單株,愛其餘韻甜、不用等。

勾兑的茶,內涵豐富,天然的陳熟,有寧神的作用。原來古樹新茶咖啡因的含量很低,所以即使是新茶也不會令人奮抗。而且可以鬆弛神經。加上古树茶的微量元素及果膠含量高,有養胃的功效,空腹喝也没问题。

你可以嘗到目前最炙手可熱的冰島老寨和南逼;荷香蘭香满溢、且有怡人的冰糖韻, 还有價格和受歡迎程度都直逼冰島的磨烈, 芬芳如谷中百合、餘韻如燋糖。更可以嚐到傳說中的廣雲貢餅;是結合雲南的風土和廣東的勾兌及製茶工藝。90年代的廣雲貢餅,在拍賣市場也難得一見。

Classic and Modern Pu'er

The new generation in the Mainland Tea aficionado, on the contrary, like to drink new tea, and are particularly fond of ancient tree spring harvest and single- arbor tea. The blended tea is rich in flavours and naturally mature. It has a calming effect. In addition, the ancient tree tea is high in micro elements and pectin, which has the effect of nourishing the stomach, and it is okay to drink it on an empty stomach.

On the 29th of this month, we will hold a rare Pu'er tea tasting lunch at the Ming Court Chinese Restaurant of Cordis Hotel in Mong Kok.

You can taste the most popular Bingdao Old Village and Nanbi; the lotus and orchid fragrance is overflowing, and there is pleasant rock sugar after taste. Then we also serve the Molie Puer which popularity and price are almost as good as those of Bingdao. It has a fragrance like lily of the valley and a lingering taste like toffee and caramel. You can also taste the legendary Guangyun Imperial Cake, which combines the local terrior of Yunnan with the blending and tea-making techniques of Guangdong. Guangyun Imperial cakes from the 1990s are rarely seen in the auction market.
