懂得回家便暖男
曾經有一陣子，冰島、大雪山和昔歸，都是茶友們極力追捧的普洱新貴。
市面上多如恆河沙的品牌，沒有熟人介紹真的不敢買。因為自己冒冒失失的採購，交了很多學費。經過無數次中伏，終於嚐到真正的冰島老寨。那份嬌美細膩，真的是無可挑剔。
一直不懂得欣賞昔歸，試過好些價錢頗高的都不能被他吸引。直到最近遇到一手比冰島南更昂貴的；見他的價錢那麼進取，忍不住要試試其功力。
今次終於遇到真貨！2023的春茶，還未泡已經釋放出厚厚的冰糖韻和鮮香。口味濃郁、蘭香飄逸。水路穩健厚重像絲絨。茶氣充沛，但沒有班樟那麼霸道。最可愛的是收結中的酸度。我估計她的珍藏潛力頗高。總體的印象，是易懂的，比較接近臨滄茶的典型。
昔歸是位於于忙麓山。我在想，這個情人節送昔歸茶給愛人頗有意思。忙麓山；香港人就是這麼忙碌。昔歸；珍惜每一次的回歸呀，還要識得回家呢！
Home Coming Tea
There was a time when Bingdao, Snowy Montain and Xigui were the upstart Pu'er teas highly sought after by tea fans.
There are as many brands on the market as there are sands in the Ganges River, and you really wouldn’t dare to buy them without the recommendation of an expert. Because of my reckless purchases, I learned a lot of lessons. After countless disappointments, I finally got a taste of the real Bingdao Laozhai . That delicate beauty is really impeccable.
I never knew how to appreciate Xigui. I tried many expensive ones but couldn't gain my respects. Until recently, I came across a batch that was more expensive than the Bingdao Nanbi. Seeing that his price was so aggressive, I couldn't help but give it a try.
This time I finally encountered the real thing! The 2023 spring tea has already released a thick rock sugar aroma and fresh fragrance before brewing. The taste is rich and the fragrance of orchid is elegant. The waterway is solid and thick like velvet. The tea is full of flavors, abundant Tea Qi but not as overbearing as Ban Zhang. What’s lovely is the acidity in the finish. I estimate her cellaring potential is quite high. The overall impression is easy to understand and is relatively close to the typical Lincang tea.
Xigui is located in Manlu Mountain. I'm thinking it would be interesting to give Xigui tea to lover this Valentine's Day. Manlu Mountain sounds exactly like “busy”; Hong Kong people are always busy. Xigui means cherish every return, and know how to go home!
