雞蛋糖水
又到深秋！睡前會不會有點餓？小時候入秋了，睡前肚子餓，便會賴着祖母鬧憋扭。最高效的止扭計良方就是雞蛋糖水；又稱滖水蛋。即是在燙開水打一顆鮮雞蛋，然後加一茶匙砂糖。喝了一杯暖笠笠，睡得特別香。

Hot Egg Drink
It’s late autumn again! Do you feel a little hungry before going to bed? When I was a child, when I felt hungry before bed in winter, my grandma always sooth me with Hot Egg Drink. Just beat a fresh egg into boiling water and add a teaspoon of sugar. After drinking a cup , I slept very soundly.
I’ve always wondered if growing up makes me more demanding? Or the quality of eggs has declined. I always feel that today’s eggs don’t taste good, and even if I buy expensive eggs, they still don’t taste the same as when I was a child. Nowadays, Hongky Cha Chan Ten no longer sell boiled eggs!
