好得捨不得 懷寶自秘也值得

老藤丶生物動力學、純素主義醸製，一瓶從頭精彩到尾的好酒，是我在七年前的一個展會中發現。其實好幾個英國馳名中間商也推介過。也許是產區給人廉價的印象，好多飲家也走寶。

一直不敢廣泛推介，怕她走紅了以後給炒貴了，沒有平靚正好酒自用。

三年前向粉絲推介寶祖利新浪潮，台中姑爺張老爺入了貨，今年冬至才喝，驚為天人，馬上越洋補貨。

年前帶了一瓶在營致會飯局。她的光芒真的掩不了，在座食家都搶購一空。

懷著渺茫的希望追2016這大好年份的貨，竟然追到了，就是歐羅升了近兩點。

走寶的飮家們別再失諸交臂了。

覆盆子的氣息，口感豐富，有香草、黑胡椒、薰木。單寧幼滑，收結有如名貴香薰。

Too good to be shared

Old vines, biodynamic and vegan, this is a good bottle of wine from beginning till the end. I discovered her 7 years ago in an exhibition. Indeed several big name brokers in London had mentioned her before. Many wine fans missed her most likely because of the region.

I have been reluctant in promoting this wine because I am afraid that once she is famous, people speculate and price will go up. I can no longer enjoy such value for money wine.

3 years ago I launched a Beaujolais New Waves campaign. A connoisseur friend from Taichung bought it and drank during Winter Solstice. He was stunned and replenished stock immediately from the overseas.

I opened a bottle not long before CNY and all the connoisseurs in the table grabbed all my remaining stock.

I tried to replenish this very good vintage of 2016 with slim chance. I managed to get some though Euro had gone up for nearly two points.

Raspberry fruit on the nose, the palate is complex - herbs , black pepper,wood smoke, dusted with fine tannins . Lingering as an expensive perfume would on the finish.
