真假難辨的班章
首次接觸班章，是在20多年前到佛山探親的時候，遇見一間老茶店，老闆見我愛茶，便把家當一一介紹給我。除了剛開始流行的紫芽，還有鮮為香港人知的單株班章古樹茶。老闆稱這是300年的古樹。
那些年還未流行單株（同一棵老樹採集的茶葉）。自命是老茶蟲，茶過三巡便有醉意，馬上要找糖吃。茶氣強勁霸道，手指縫都在冒汗。十分有舌底鳴泉的感覺。蘭花的香氣撲鼻逼人。因為茶葉太新，還未覺得蜜香明顯。澎湃的山野氣，還有新鮮的皮革味。霸氣逼人！與其叫他茶中之王，倒不如叫他茶中霸主。
如今市面上稱自己做班章的茶葉，比比皆是，價錢參差到令人難以置信。在香港試過買一些頗昂貴的班章， 一點兒班章的影子也沒有。
近日把封陳在紫砂茶缸20年之久的班章茶出窖。這手茶出落得猶如18歲的巴倫特朗普；俊朗到不得了。兒茶素純和了、山野氣和皮革味也柔和了，蜜糖香反而更明顯。真有點捨不得賣。為了讓粉絲們了解什麼事真正的班章，割愛五百克吧。
Bewildering Choices of Banzhang Pu’Er Tea
The first time I came into contact with Ban Zhang tea was when I was visiting relatives in Foshan more than 20 years ago. There was an old tea shop. Seeing that I loved tea, the boss introduced me his private reserves. In addition to the newly popular purple bud tea, there is also the single-plant Banzhang ancient arbor tea that is rarely known to Hong Kong people. The boss said it was a 300-year-old tree.
Single arbor tea (tea collected from the same old tree) was not popular in those years. I thought that I was resistant to tea intoxication, however, after three rounds of tea, I was drunk and immediately looked for sweets. The tea smell was so strong and overbearing that my fingers were sweating. I was mouth watering like a river. The scent of orchids was overwhelming. Because the tea leaves were too new, the honey aroma was not obvious yet. There was surging mountain atmosphere and the smell of fresh leather. So domineering! Instead of calling him the King of Tea, it would be better to call him the Overlord of Tea.
Nowadays, teas claiming to be Banzhang are everywhere on the market, and the prices vary beyond belief. I tried to buy some expensive Banzhang in Hong Kong, but they didn't taste Banzhang at all.
Recently, the Banzhang tea that had been stored in a purple clay tea vat for 20 years was released from the cellar. This batch is like an 18-year-old Barron Trump; extremely handsome. The catechins are purified, the mountain and leather smells are softened, and the honey aroma is more pronounced. I'm really reluctant to sell it. In order to let fans know what the real Banzhang is, let me release five hundred grams.
