在法國，凡事AOC級的桃紅都必須是100%紅葡萄製造，不能混合白葡萄，但香檳區除外。
我要為桃紅酒呼冤！意大利有很多Rosato千嬌百媚。為什麼桃紅適合出海時或BBQ時喝呢？因為微量酒的單寧可以使有嚼頭、兼且更配合食物的焦香、較濃的香氣也不怕被海風吹散。

I want to defend rosé wine! There are so many Rosatos in Italy that are so charming. Why is rosé being suitable for drinking when going out to sea or during BBQ? Because a small amount of tannins in wine can make the wine chewy and match the burnt aroma of food, and the stronger aroma is resistance to sea breezes.
